1-1 coaching
As an ADHD Coach, my job is to find out where you are right now and where you would like to be. We then work together to look at your core beliefs, values, and goals. As your trusted coach, and ally, we will work through challenges such as negative core beliefs, limiting beliefs, and shame.
How it works:
Grab a brew - We'll schedule a call* where you can share with me where you are now, any challenges you are facing and where you would like to be.
The discovery call - During the discovery call, I will ask the right questions to help you uncover your goals, your why, and what is currently holding you back. This allows me to help you move forward and create lasting and impactful change in your life.
Begin - If coaching is the right path for you, we can then begin looking at the right budget and sessions to suit your needs and book your spot with me.
*Accessibility - this meeting can take place in a way that suits you best—whether it's through a phone call, video call, or, if feasible, face-to-face.
1-1 Coaching starts from £250 (Block of 5 sessions) This excludes your discovery call which is free and will last approx 45-50 mins.
1-1 sessions are 60 mins.
Payment is due upon booking your first session, or in 2 instalments of £125 upon booking your first session.
Sessions are valid for 90 days from purchase. This is to ensure you get the most out of your sessions, it is advisable to book them closely together e.g. X 1 every fortnight.
Please note, I offer X 3 low income spots per month for 1-1 coaching - to be discussed during a discovery call. This is available for those in financial hardship or in a low income household who require support. This is agreed mutually through trust and no proof of income is required.
Coaching is also available through access to work
neurodiversity awareness sessions
With a lived experience of ADHD in the workplace and having experience in corporate health, brand management, and coaching over 100 clients, Heather works on a consultancy basis offering organisations and businesses tailored talks and awareness sessions around neurodiversity, mental health and inclusion.
2 Million people in the UK live with undiagnosed ADHD. 70% of neurodiverse employees experience mental health issues. Those with ADHD are 60% more likely to be dismissed and 30% more likely to quit their jobs. One of the areas I am pasnate about is education and the working world through the eyes of someone with ADHD. On average, someone with ADHD will lose 22 productive days per year, and 65% still worry about discrimination in the workplace.
Awareness sessions are beneficial for EVERYONE!
If you are a business and may encounter clients with ADHD, maybe they're business owners too, this will open up new doors as to who you can work with and how you help them and create a fresh perspective.
The sessions are half a day (3.5 hours) with short breaks as required, face-to-face at a location* of your choice (if location permits). But most of all, they are engaging, interactive, and inclusive. The last thing I want to do is talk at you for half a day! Just one session in the workplace could:
Help someone stay in employment
Increase confidence
Boost morale
Lower the number of productive days lost
Help open doors for neurodiverse employees to access support
What I will cover:
Understanding neurodiversity and different conditions
ADHD & mental health
Obstacles in the workplace for neurodiverse people
Debunking stigma around ADHD
Recognising strengths in neurodiverse employees
Creating a safe environment and making reasonable adjustments
I also offer 1-1 coaching in the workplace. This can be secured through our 1-1 coaching programme or access to work.
*Location - I’ll travel to you! I offer in-house sessions at your business to ensure engaging and inspiring conversations (no online learning shenanigans!), and to offer training from the comfort of your location/business.
For Organisations
1 in 4 young adults or those in education will struggle with their mental health. Those with ADHD are finding receiving a diagnosis more difficult which increases the chances of developing significant stress, burnout, anxiety and depression in our younger generation.
Supporting young people with mental health is absolutely crucial and will create a support system that stays with them for life, creating new skills, new found confidence and emotional safety.
Talks and awareness sessions are delivered not just for education or training purposes but as conversation starters. The more conversations we have about mental health, the more we shut down stories of shame and open up safe and inclusive spaces where people in need can ask for help.
