Do you simply wish to be understood and heard?
ADHD & Neurodiversity Coaching
Helping you understand yourself, build confidence, and find ways of doing life that actually work for you.
Hi, I’m Heather.
I’m an ADHD and neurodiversity coach based in Longridge, Lancashire, working with teenagers and adults who are ready to stop battling with themselves and start understanding themselves.
Maybe you’ve spent years feeling like you should be able to keep up, get organised, be more consistent, or simply have your life together by now. Maybe you’ve tried all the planners, lists, apps and “life-changing” systems… only to abandon them shortly afterwards. (No judgement here – I’ve definitely been there)
My approach to coaching is warm, relaxed and very human. There’s no clinical jargon, no judgement, and definitely no telling you to “just try harder”.
After almost 10 years in the coaching world, I’ve developed a multi-modality approach that allows me to work with you as an individual, rather than trying to squeeze you into a particular coaching model or way of doing things.
For teenagers, that might mean making sense of an ADHD or neurodivergent brain, building confidence, navigating school or college, managing emotions, friendships and expectations, or simply figuring out who you are without feeling like you constantly need to fit in.
For adults, it might mean understanding why things that seem easy for everyone else can feel ridiculously difficult, rebuilding self-esteem, navigating work and relationships, or finally finding approaches that work with your brain rather than against it.
Whatever brings you to coaching, we’ll work together to understand what makes you tick, what gets in your way,y and what you actually want from life.
One-to-one coaching
A safe, supportive space for teenagers and adults to explore what’s going on, build self-awareness and confidence, and find practical ways forward that fit you, your brain and your life.
Neurodiversity awareness for organisations
I also work with businesses and organisations, providing engaging neurodiversity awareness sessions that help people understand ADHD and neurodivergence, challenge misconceptions and create more inclusive environments where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
There’s no “right” way to be you.
My job isn’t to change who you are. It’s to help you understand yourself, work with your strengths,hs and find ways to make life feel a little less like hard work.
And yes, we’re allowed to laugh along the way.

I am the walking, talking case study. I lived under what I call 'the hidden load of ADHD' for a very long time, and I tried all the different therapies, spiritual courses, and practices out there, all with short-term effects.
This is a safe, non-judgemental space where you can grab a brew and relax because your whole self is welcome, and you are understood and listened to.
