about me

Hi, I’m Heather, an ADHD and purpose coach, training facilitator, and speaker, lover of dogs, maker of brews, and storyteller.

With 10 years of experience in the coaching industry, Heather’s experience underpins all of her current work, helping her clients make lasting and impactful changes in their lives.

From a young age, I experienced struggles with my mental health. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety as a teenager, and things only escalated when I started life in the working world and in other areas of life.

My self-esteem and sense of self was more or less non-existent, and I would hop from overachieving to burnout like nobody's business.

I tried everything: therapy, coaching, spiritual practices and nothing stuck. I’d always end up back on the same endless loop of setbacks.

It wasn’t until I read about ADHD that I started to put the pieces into place and finally received a diagnosis. Working with a person who understands the challenges of someone who grew up trying to fit into a neurotypical world is essential in my eyes, which is why my approach is not a one-size-fits-all but a multi-modality approach to helping you.
